Who we are · Satwasheel Gharde

Choose supplements with clarity — not hype.

DigiproSpark is the supplement-review desk led by Satwasheel Gharde. We read the labels, the dosing, and the peer-reviewed evidence so you can decide with facts. When a product fails our 5-Point Quality Filter, we say so — publicly.

Why we exist

The supplement aisle runs on bold claims. We test them.

Most “reviews” online are thin affiliate pages that recommend whatever pays best. We started DigiproSpark to do the opposite: a transparent, repeatable process that treats every product the same, whether or not a commission is attached.

Every verdict on this site runs through our 5-Point Quality Filter. If a product can’t earn it, we won’t recommend it, and we keep a public record of the ones that didn’t, including Mitolyn, Quietum Plus, and Pineal 10X.

Who we are — plainly

We are not doctors. We are independent researchers who spend dozens of hours analyzing peer-reviewed clinical trials so you don’t have to. We don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe anything — we read labels, dosing, and published evidence, and score what we find against our 5-Point Quality Filter. When we cite a study, we link straight to PubMed or the NIH so you can check our work yourself.

What we cover

All categories. One standard.

Every silo is reviewed against the same five-point bar. These are our core categories, see the full, growing list on the Reviews page.

How we review

Four lenses on every product we cover.

Each lens feeds into the five-point score. Want the full methodology? Read the review process →

01

Ingredients & Research

Key actives, mechanisms, and the studies behind them. We pull the dosing and check whether the label clears the clinical bar.

02

Safety & Side Effects

Common considerations, drug interactions, and who should be cautious, sourced from the label, the literature, and reported user experiences.

03

Real User Feedback

We read publicly available user reviews on the official sales page and third-party retailers alongside the label and research, not a curated set of testimonials. Where the pattern of real complaints diverges from the marketing, we flag it. This does not change the numeric score, which is based on ingredients, dosing, evidence, safety and value.

04

Value for Money

Price per effective dose, not per bottle. We compare serving sizes and guarantee terms so the “cheaper” option isn’t actually the worse buy.

Our Vision

Make supplement research easier to understand.

So readers can choose products confidently and safely. We focus on clarity, context, and practical takeaways that support better everyday decisions, not endless caveats.

Our Mission

Publish clear, evidence-aware reviews, without hype.

Research-backed explanations, transparent affiliate disclosure, and a public record of failures. So you can compare options responsibly.

What we stand for

Three rules we don’t break.

01

Evidence over claims

We weigh peer-reviewed studies and real dosing, not label promises or influencer testimonials.

02

Transparent about money

Affiliate links never change a verdict. Every commercial relationship is disclosed up front. Read full disclosure →

03

We publish the failures

Products that don’t pass (Mitolyn, Quietum Plus, Pineal 10X) stay on the record. Public, not curated.
